How is boat used: Cruising over nights, occasional weeks.
Sailing trips, experiences: 5 years of weekend and weeklong vacation sailing on Lake Lanier, GA 1987 to 1992. Vacation weeks out of Tarpon Springs, FL as far south as Englewood and Venice 1992 to 1996. Circumnavigation of FL in 3 day weekends 8/96 to 3/97 to Savannah, Ga. Then on to Beaufort, SC and several vacation weeks in St Helena Sound 2000 to 2004. Charleston, SC 2004 to present.

Boat Condition: I give her a 9 out of 10 only because of industrial pollutants from the loading docks on the Cooper River. Below decks she is boat show new.
Upgrades by you or other owners: We are the original owners. Upgrades in addition to her delivery options include new mast and rigging 1993 due to misdirection of bridge operator. Double main and jib halyards, mast head light, VHF antenna and TV antenna. Second lower stay port and starboard. Anchors include 20# Delta on 100 ft of 5/16 chain and 300’ 5/8 nylon twist, Danforth HT 18# on 60’ 5/16 chain and 300’ ˝ nylon twist, Stern anchor 13# Danforth HT 6’ 5/16 and 300’ 3/8 nylon twist. Low profile Lewmar manual windlass, full cockpit enclosure, main boom preventers, port hoods, 18hp Nissan O/B main engine. Engle M35 portable freezer, A/C and D/C fluorescent lighting in main cabin and over galley, Pur Power Survivor 40E R/O water maker, new Horizon VHF with remote mike, Pioneer stereo/CD player, 4 105ah batteries, 2 Garman Map 76 GPS, Sextant, Weams and Plath barometer and clock.

Water maker produces 1.5 gph using 4amps. Water consumption for the two of us not including showers is 4 gal./day.
